Cinnamon-Sugar: grams per cup

King Arthur Baking lists 1/4 cup of cinnamon-sugar at 50 g, which works out to 200 g per US cup, 12.5 g per tablespoon and 4.17 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of cinnamon-sugar is about 1/2 cup (0.5 cups).

Granulated sugars pack fairly consistently, so cup measures are more reliable than for flour; brown sugar is measured packed.
