Durum Flour: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1 cup of durum flour at 124 g, which works out to 124 g per US cup, 7.8 g per tablespoon and 2.58 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of durum flour is about 3/4 cup (0.81 cups).
Flour weight depends heavily on how the cup is filled: spooning flour into the cup and levelling it gives a lighter cup than scooping straight from the bag.
