Gluten-Free Pizza Flour: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1 cup of gluten-free pizza flour at 100 g, which works out to 100 g per US cup, 6.2 g per tablespoon and 2.08 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of gluten-free pizza flour is about 1 cup (1 cups).
Flour weight depends heavily on how the cup is filled: spooning flour into the cup and levelling it gives a lighter cup than scooping straight from the bag.
