Irish-Style Flour: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1 cup of irish-style flour at 110 g, which works out to 110 g per US cup, 6.9 g per tablespoon and 2.29 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of irish-style flour is about 7/8 cup (0.91 cups).
Flour weight depends heavily on how the cup is filled: spooning flour into the cup and levelling it gives a lighter cup than scooping straight from the bag.
