Maple sugar: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1/2 cup of maple sugar at 78 g, which works out to 156 g per US cup, 9.8 g per tablespoon and 3.25 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of maple sugar is about 5/8 cup (0.64 cups).
Granulated sugars pack fairly consistently, so cup measures are more reliable than for flour; brown sugar is measured packed.
