Sparkling Sugar: grams per cup
King Arthur Baking lists 1/4 cup of sparkling sugar at 57 g, which works out to 228 g per US cup, 14.2 g per tablespoon and 4.75 g per teaspoon. So 100 g of sparkling sugar is about 1/2 cup (0.44 cups).
Granulated sugars pack fairly consistently, so cup measures are more reliable than for flour; brown sugar is measured packed.
